Bosch Debuts Automatic Tire Changer at 2013 AAPEX

Focus on speed, efficiency and rigidity
- North American market’s most rigid structure helps protect expensive tire and wheel assemblies, make tire removal faster and easier

- All new wheel service design offering industry-leading rigidity at key pressure points

- Bosch Wheel Service introduces exclusive four-year warranty for newly-debuted TCE 4435, covering parts and labor

LAS VEGAS, NV – Bosch has unveiled the TCE4435 THP Tire Changer at the 2013 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX), with an industry-leading rigid structure and exclusive four year parts and labor warranty. The new automatic tire changer has been completely redesigned to eliminate rim damage for more efficient and faster operation when changing tires, and offers the most rigid assembly available in North America.

“Our engineering teams set out to develop a faster tire changer that protects wheels and a more ergonomic machine to use,” said Roberto Rossi, Bosch Sales Director, Workshop Technical Equipment. “This tire changer is the culmination of their work, addressing key user concerns – safety, speed and comfort – and delivering a superior product.”

In addition to increased rigidity and a more ergonomic design, TCE 4435 THP automatic tire changer boasts:

- 24” internal and 22” external turntable capacity with locking jaw cross system and perfectly balanced opposed cylinder system
- Two-speed turntable for faster tire removal and mounting
- Motoinverter for optimum torque in every condition
- Tubeless inflating system is 25 percent faster than the benchmark competition
- 4 position bead breaker is 40 percent faster than previous versions
- Front-removable pedal set for ease of equipment maintenance

TCE4435 THP Tire Changer is available now in tilt back configuration and equipped with the mounting helper system model TCE 320.

With the growing proliferation of larger rims and lower-profile tires, (this unit) helps safely eliminate rim damage concerns and protects our customer’s investment,” added Rossi.

Bosch’s new tire changer includes an exclusive four-year warranty, called GET 4 GET, covering parts and field labor necessary to restore the machine to operating condition.

All Bosch Wheel Service equipment benefits from the Bosch Wheel Service Promise program, guaranteeing that a machine will be restored to operating condition within 48 hours of the repair appointment call. If that goal is not met, Bosch will extend the equipment’s original labor warranty an additional six months.
