Bosch expanding dealer training at Interbike 2016

Sales Support class now offered along with Technical Certification
Irvine, Calif. – Bosch eBike Systems (www.bosch-ebike.us) will once again deliver professional training onsite at Interbike 2016 to help dealers provide exceptional service for eBikes epowered by Bosch. The “Bosch Dealer Certification Clinic” covers:

- Service process

- Removal and re-installation of components

- Laptop diagnostic tool operation

- Intro to Model Year 2017 innovations

- Expert tips on system operation, diagnostics and correcting problems

New this year, Bosch will also launch its “Bosch Sales Support” class onsite at Interbike to help retailers enhance their eBike selling skills on the shop floor. The class will cover all-new content in a 1-hour session with topics including:

- The Bosch advantage: top five selling points

- The four Bosch eBike systems and their target customers

- Sealing the deal: how to conduct a great eBike demo ride

- Bosch Dealer Certification Clinic: Wed Sept 21st and Thu Sept 22nd 9 AM – 12 PM

- Bosch Sales Support: Wed Sept 21st and Thu Sept 22nd 1–2 PM and 3–4 PM

Spaces are limited in each timeslot to keep class-size to an optimum. To pre-register for one of the four training timeslots at Interbike, please contact boschservice@magurausa.com (US dealers) or boschservice@livetoplaysports.com (Canadian dealers) or dial +1 844.723.2453. Your registration confirmation will confirm final details. A Bosch eBike handbook and a personalized certificate of participation will be provided upon completion. Coffee will be served beforehand. Certified dealers will be able to purchase the Bosch dongle, a necessary component for servicing eBikes.
