Headcount development in 2023: Number of associates rose by around 2 percent.

As of December 31, 2023, Bosch employed 429,416 people worldwide, which is some 8,078 more than in the previous year. Last year, the number of associates at the supplier of technology and services rose in all regions, Germany included. The strongest regional growth was in the Americas.
